What is your availability?
I offer sessions and consultations on the following days/times:
Mondays through Thursdays between 9:30AM to 5PM CST
Friday and Saturday morning available upon request.
How are sessions and consultations usually offered?
Therapy sessions (first session/intake and additional sessions) are offered via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform for individuals in Texas and/or via walk-and-talk for individuals residing in Austin, TX. All types of collaborative & mentorship consultations are offered via phone or video.
In-person (ie office) sessions will be offered starting Jan 2026
How much do I get to I invest?
Individual Counseling:
55-60 minute session: $120-165
I welcome you to reflect on your financial privilege and choose the cost that works best for you.
30 and 90 minute sessions available upon request.
Walk-and-Talk sessions: cost of session + $15 driving charge.
Location determined by both client and therapist.
Good Faith Estimates (GFE), Reduced Rates, and Superbills available upon request.
Couples Counseling: $180 for 55-60 minute session.
Mentorship: No Cost! I want to be a source of community and accessible to individuals who are just starting their journey in the mental health field and want support along the way.
Partnerships: Investment varies. I enjoy being a part of community and sharing my lived experience in different forms - whether it be podcasts, speaking engagements, teaching, co-hosting/co-leading events, etc. Let’s chat and see what we can create!
All major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards accepted. Payment is due at the end of session for individual counseling.
I do not accept insurance. I can provide superbills (detailed receipts) for you to give to your insurance company for reimbursement. [Reimbursement rate determined by individual insurance plan benefits]
